Pinocchio is no ordinary boy.
In fact he’s not a real boy at all!
He’s a puppet made by the wood carver Geppetto and brought to life by fairy magic.
He so wants to be a real boy…
But instead of earning the right to be real by proving that he is brave, truthful, and unselfish – Pinocchio enjoys nothing better than creating mischief, playing mean tricks and telling lies to get himself out of trouble!
But when Geppetto is swallowed by a blue whale – Pinocchio’s adventures really start!
Following the resounding success of The Wind in the Willows in 2010, Pinocchio was designed, once again, for family and schools audiences. Led by a cast of three dynamic professional actors and featuring children from The Stage Centre, Performing Arts School.
Pinocchio was performed to over 2,000 people over a its two week run.
